Amy Albert

Amy’s legal experience is diverse as it includes landlord/tenant law, criminal defense and family law.  She will focus her practice in landlord/tenant law.  She was selected for inclusion by the Hudson County Board of Commissioners in 2019 as a “GameChanger” and in 2020, as a “Woman of Action” by the City of Jersey City.  Amy serves as the Founder and Board Chair of Haven Adolescent Community Respite Center, which serves Hudson County youth facing homelessness and incarceration. Amy also serves on the Executive Board of the Hudson County Alliance Ending Homelessness. 

Amy graduated from Swarthmore College and Northeastern University School of Law. Amy has been admitted to practice law since 2002. Amy is also admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Massachusetts, and New York.
