Michael A. DeMarco

Michael A. DeMarco is an associate with Goldstein Kelin LLC. Michael’s practice focuses on landlord/tenant law, commercial litigation, debt collection, appeals before municipal agencies, county construction boards and the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, and municipal court litigation, representing both commercial and residential property owners, managers and developers throughout New Jersey.

Michael earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Montclair State University. Michael has been a member of the New Jersey bar since 2010 and a member of the New York bar since 2017.

Prior to joining Goldstein Kelin LLC, Michael practiced in employment and labor law representing contractors and developers in the construction industry as well as employees wrongfully terminated due to discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Michael also practiced general litigation matters including commercial contracts, premises liability, real estate transactions, municipal land use and debt collection.

During law school, Michael worked as a summer associate for the township attorney of Little Falls, New Jersey and the planning board attorney for Bloomingdale, New Jersey.

Michael is affiliated with the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
