Richard S. Kelin

Mr. Kelin, along with Tracey, is a Managing Partner at Goldstein Kelin LLC. Mr. Kelin is recognized for his experience and expertise in the areas of investment real estate transactions and financing. He represents purchasers and sellers of apartment complexes, office buildings, shopping centers and industrial facilities throughout New Jersey. He concentrates his practice in corporate and commercial law as well. Mr. Kelin’s practice also includes formation and structuring of real estate partnerships and limited liability companies.

Mr. Kelin is a past President of the Property Owners Association of New Jersey and has authored articles published in the Property Owners Association News and Views. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Apartment Association. Mr. Kelin has participated in seminars for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education and other organizations. He was recognized by the NJ/PA Real Estate Journal.

Formerly a law clerk for Judges Leo Yanoff and Thomas Dalton, Mr. Kelin also served as a student law clerk to former Federal Appellate Judge John Gibbons. He is a graduate of Rutgers College in New Brunswick and Rutgers University School of Law-Newark. Mr. Kelin is admitted to the New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania Bars.
