Tracey Goldstein

Tracey Goldstein is a member of Feinstein Raiss Kelin Booker & Goldstein LLC and concentrates her practice in real estate litigation. She has handled matters in the New Jersey State and Federal Trial Courts, in the Appellate Division, and in the New Jersey Supreme Court. She regularly represents property owners, managers, and developers of real estate.

Ms. Goldstein serves on the New Jersey Supreme Court Special Civil Part Practice Committee. She also serves as a member of the court officer advisory committee for Hudson and Essex county as well as the Creditor’s Bar Association. She has presented seminars on a variety of issues including hot topics in real estate, fair housing, drafting leases, bedbugs, and residential and commercial evictions. She has served as a panelist at seminars presented by NJAA, the New Jersey Bar Association, Rutgers Law School, the Division on Civil Rights, Hudson County Bar Association, New Jersey Affordable Housing Management Association, and the Property Owners Association.

Ms. Goldstein was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1994 and the New York Bar in 1995. She received her B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany in 1990 and her law degree from Western New England School of Law in 1994.
